Hosted by Ben Speaks with Guest Speaker Dr. Lisa Machoian, Ed.D., Ed.M.
March 30, 2021 | 7pm (Eastern Time)
Youth are enduring increasing stress with the Covid-19 pandemic. Rates of depression, anxiety, PTSD, and suicide are on the rise. Developmentally, youth may not have adequate coping skills to manage stressors or to communicate their distress directly. Taking a whole child-approach, this webinar will provide helpful strategies for parents and caregivers to recognize and address mental health concerns. Dr. Machoian will highlight ways to foster healthy coping, hope, and resilience.
