This program of the Survive to Thrive series is designed for girls ages 12-15 who are struggling with or need extra support for mental health. This is an 8-week program, taking place virtually with Zoom meetings on Thursdays from 4-5pm.

What is the Survive to Thrive with Therapeutic Comedy Group Coaching for Girls Group?

  • Group is open to girls ages 12-15 years old, living in MetroWest Massachusetts that struggle with mental health and behavioral health issues.

  • Method: Combining healing arts, performing arts, visual arts, mindfulness, movement, and therapeutic comedy.

  • Virtual Meetings:
    The Survive to Thrive program will be conducted virtually via ZOOM meetings. A reliable internet connection will be required. We will send all virtual meeting links and information via email after registration.

  • Starts Thursday, March 31, 2022 (4pm-5pm)
    8 weeks - 1 hour each week (No group will be held on April 21st due to Spring Break)
